So Adam, as an Angel Investor or potential Venture Capitalist in your mind would you invest in this company or not? Would you be willing to put in 10,000 USD of your own hard earned money provided you were an accredited investor or better yet if you were running a syndicate and were responsible for the due diligence for the people in that syndicate would you still invest knowing that a few hundred people might follow you?

I guess the same question holds if you were a Venture Partner. Would you try and convince your partners or would you tell them this one is not a good fit for right now?
