If Uber doesn’t change then everyone can just migrate to Lyft or whatever service decides to show up and cause Uber to not be a viable company anymore. First the boycott thing at JFK and now this?

Just vote with your wallet if you are upset at Uber. They will feel it eventually and they either change or they don’t. If they don’t then they cease to exist.
